FOAM PIPELINE PIGS

We offer foam pigs in all sizes, shapes and densities from multiple manufactures.

URETHANE SOLID CAST PIPELINE PIGS

 

Multiple options on setup with cups and disc placement. Brushes can be added as well as different additives to extend the life of the pig.

REBUILDABLE PIPELINE PIGS

 

We offer steel mandrel pigs as well as urethane mandrel pigs. Both styles offer the versitility and cost effective rebuilable/exchangeable parts.

PIGGING SPHERES

 

Foam spheres, solid urethane spheres and inflatable spheres are available.

SOLUBLE PIGS

 

Soluble pigs are either shaped as a cylinder or a sphere.  Depending on temperature and pigging medium, the pig will dissolve in the line in 3-5 hours. These pigs can be shaved down to match the pipes ID and work well for lines where a stuck pig is a concern.
